Dr Funbi Ayeni is an Orthopaedic Surgeon who obtained his primary medical education from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria andcompleted his residency training in Orthopaedics and Traumatology in 2018 from Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital complex

He subsequently undertook further specialist training in the United Kingdom. His subspecialty fellowship training includes a Lower Limb Arthroplasty Fellowship in Cardiff and a Trauma Fellowship in Bristol, where he gained extensive experience in the management of complex orthopaedic conditions and injuries. He undertook further advanced training as a Complex Knee Fellows at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, where he is developing expertise in complex knee reconstruction and joint preservation surgery.

Following his success in the Fellowship examinations of the Royal College of Surgeons, he was admitted in 2024 as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in Trauma and Orthopaedics (FRCS Ed T&O).

He is fellowship trained in complex knee surgery, lower limb arthroplasty and sports trauma, with a clinical practice focused on the management of joint disease and sports-related injuries.

His areas of clinical focus include:

  • Complex knee reconstruction
  • Sports-related lower-limb injuries
  • Arthroscopic management of meniscal, ligament and cartilage pathology

Dr. Adeoye Adetiloye is an Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon with consultant-level certification and clinical practice experience in both Nigeria and Saudi Arabia.

A two-time scholar of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), he brings extensive expertise in the operative and non-operative management of complex musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr. Oludare Ashaolu is a highly experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon with over 15 years of clinical experience in orthopaedics and trauma care. He received specialist orthopaedic training in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom, gaining broad exposure to modern orthopaedic practice across diverse healthcare systems.

Over the last decade, Dr. Ashaolu has developed a strong subspecialty interest in spinal surgery.

His clinical practice focuses on:

Dr Tosin Olusoga Akinyemi

Dr Tosin Akinyemi is a Trauma and Orthopaedic Consultant at the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom. Following his basic medical education in Nigeria in 2009, he completed the Orthopaedic residency training program at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital and obtained the Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria in Trauma and Orthopaedics (FMCOrth) in 2018.

He undertook further subspecialty training in top institutions including Birmingham Children’s Hospital and the prestigious Evelina London Children’s Hospital / Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. He was admitted to the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh in Trauma and Orthopaedics in 2023.

His subspecialty interests include Paediatric Orthopaedics, Adult Foot and Ankle Surgery and deformity correction.

He adopts a multidisciplinary approach involving collaboration with orthopaedic specialists, anaesthetists, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

Dr. Taofeek Adeyemi is an Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon with over a decade of experience in diagnosing and managing spinal disorders. He previously served as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the National Orthopaedic Hospital in Lagos, one of West Africa's leading specialised orthopaedic centres.

During his time there, he managed complex spinal conditions including spinal trauma, degenerative spine disease, spinal infections and spinal deformities.

Currently, he works within a specialised spinal surgery service in the United Kingdom, managing a wide range of spine conditions using modern, evidence-based approaches.
